Brad Ahlstrom

Valley native Brad Ahlstrom is continuing his family’s legacy in the senior housing industry and paving the way for the nextgeneration in real estate and development.

Brad has deep roots in the valley as a third generation Arizonan. His grandfather, Ross Farnsworth, began developing retirement communities in Arizona in the 1950s. Brad has fond memories growing up around and serving these communities that have become integral in the growth of the Valley of the Sun.

In the last three years, Brad has been part of 200+ real estate transactions, utilizing his knowledge and experience of the local senior housing market. The legacy he continues to uphold has been vital to his clients, helping them make informed, confident decisions when buying and selling properties across the Phoenix Metro area.
